Georgia Slowe  began acting when she was a child in a career that has spanned over 40 years.  She started by playing the young Maggie Tulliver in the 1970’s BBC production of The Mill on the Floss. She is a former member of the Royal Shakespeare Company where she was nominated for a Laurence Olivier Award for her performance as Juliet in Romeo and Juliet. She played Juliet twice, first alongside David Harewood and then Mark Rylance. 

Georgia has numerous international film and television credits including a two and a half years in the award wining British soap Emmerdale, playing Perdita Hyde-Sinclair (Perdy) 

In 2014 Georgia set up Slowe Motion Film and has written and co-produced three short films, Four Tails, What Sadie Saw and Apple Cider Love.

Georgia lives in Hampstead.  She has two sons, a dog and two cats. She is married to photographer Stuart McClymont.
